Summary:
The main responsibility of the cybersecurity manager is to protect the DMW&H Customer Support Network and ensure our customer sites are never compromised. They will also be responsible to negotiate with customers remote access solutions that are secure, while still permitting our support engineers to have full access and control of the remote devices that are covered under our support contracts. The cybersecurity manager will also perform the same role with the customer for the DMW&H subcontracted remote access solutions or subsystems. This position collaborates with DMW&H infrastructure group for remote access to customer sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor level degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent education or Cybersecurity experience.
- Hands-on experience analyzing high volumes of logs, network data and other attack artifacts in support of incident investigations
- Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISA, CISM, GCIH, SSCP
- Hands-on experience analyzing high volumes of logs, network data and other attack artifacts in support of incident investigations
- Experienced with protective technologies
- Proven ability to secure network
- Demonstrated skill to negotiate technical solutions with customer’s IT and Cybersecurity departments
- Demonstrated skill to collaborate during implementation with customer’s IT and Cybersecurity departments
- Ability to triage issues and organization/escalate as necessary
- Preferred: Previous experience with cybersecurity in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to travel 10%

Responsibilities:
Manage the Customer Support Network (CSN):
- Develop, implement and enforce security policies.
- Technically evaluate and select protective technologies.
- Select industry required independent tests and remediate findings.
- Define and train Standard Operating Procedures best practices.
- Attain Security Certification Standards – selection and compliance as required by customers.
- Evaluate risks and grant/deny CSN access by other departments.
- Support customer audits of the CSN and Professional Services Group work area
- Complete security questionnaires submitted by customers
Establish remote access to customer sites for the support engineers:
- Evaluate VPN technology risks and approve for testing.
- Evaluate desktop device access methods and approve for testing.
- Evaluate non-desktop device access applicability and approve for testing.
- Evaluate support agent login account complexity and approve for testing.
Establish remote access to customer sites for DMW&H solution vendors:
- Evaluate VPN technology risks and approve for testing.
- Evaluate desktop device access methods and approve for testing.
- Evaluate non-desktop device access applicability and approve for testing.
- Evaluate support agent login account complexity and approve for testing.
- Provide input and technical guidance for new technologies and vendor systems.
